Step#6: Being in the Moment.

How often are we waiting for something else to happen before we make our move? And how often do we find ourselves continually giving way to thoughts of what occurred in the past? This is where we dive deep into the process of “being” in the moment and being present wherever we find ourselves to be. When we worry about tomorrow, we lose a piece of today, and every time we get lost in the “what if’s” of the future, we slip out of the present moment, and so here we provide various methods of shifting back into the present.
