When do you suppose the greatest progress and growth occurs? More often than not, it is at times when we were pushed out of our “comfort zone” and we are required to “step it up” when we’d rather not. In this section we learn how to use these uncomfortable moments to our advantage, so this can be a motivator rather than an adversary.
